Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents, located in New Kent, Virginia, provides comprehensive medical, behavioral, rehabilitative, and educational services for children and adolescents ages 2 through 22 who are challenged by co-occurring medical and behavioral diagnoses. Cumberland Hospital is one of the few specialty children’s hospitals providing dual treatment protocols for both medical and mental health issues. Cumberland includes a 62-bed Hospital Program, a 16-bed Inpatient Acute Program, and 30-bed Residential Treatment Program. Our goal is to stabilize medical problems and help children develop positive behavioral coping strategies using an interdisciplinary approach.

We are seeking an HRIS Analyst who will provide general support to the Human Resource Department in a wide range of human resource services in the day-to-day operation of the department. The analyst will assist with all human resource programs including recruiting, hiring, training, benefits, employee orientation & onboarding, record keeping and file maintenance. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the data intergrity in all HR applications and softwares including but not limited to (LMS, ATS, HRMS & HRIS)
  • Serves as the lead administrator for learning management system. 
  • Provides administrative support for daily needs in Human Resources including the filing and maintenance of the employee personnel files, making new hire packets, badging process, and support for new hire orientation.
  • Leads facility monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual trainings.
  • Manages reports for employee check-ins as well as 90-day evaluations to ensure managers/supervisors are completing timely
  • Tracks employee incentive programs such as birthdays, anniversary awards, and other company programs
  • Assists with ordering functions related to Human Resources, including supplies, equipment, and retention items
  • Performs periodic audits of personnel file, medical files, and training records; ensures that all required documents are collected and filed timely and appropriately
  • Provides monthly reports to ensure all training has been completed prior to due date
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Human Resources or related field; or 2 years previous Human Resources experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Preferred Requirements: 

  • ATS Experience with iCIMS
  • Experience with Lawson HRIS
  • HealthStream LMS Experience

Pay is Hourly (bi-weekly) and is commensurate with education and experience.
