U.S. LawShield is Hiring a Regional Vice President of Sales Near Nashville, TN

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, U.S. LawShield is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales that will have direct oversight of state and regional sales teams. U.S. LawShield is looking for a proven sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance, culture, and sales. The Regional Vice President will be a high-impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & first-class employee development.

Position Summary

The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for the operational excellence and success of the Field Sales Team in the assigned territory, consisting of District Managers, Account Managers, and Territory Sales Managers, including adherence to corporate policies and mandates. The RVP holds the U.S. LawShield Field Sales Team accountable for meeting assigned sales goals and objectives, including but not limited to revenue and member acquisition quotas. Through efficient and effective utilization of the Field Sales Team, the RVP will maximize revenue and market share opportunities for U.S. LawShield. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the Field Sales Team, including revenue quota, new member acquisition, minimizing post-sale cancellation rate, enforcing adherence to sales policies and procedures, and new facility acquisition
  • Prospect, identify, and pursue new facility partner opportunities within a designated area
  • Annual sales planning, quota/incentive management, and account management strategies
  • Preparing revenue forecasts and member acquisition budgets/projections
  • Reviewing and approving individual team expenditures
  • State and territory reporting, tracking, and analysis based on critical quantitative performance metrics and KPIs
  • Successfully resolving and escalating customer complaints regarding a product or service; successfully resolve member and facility complaints per authorization limits as defined by company policy
  • Maintain actionable territory/state business reports, sales dashboards, and related analysis
  • Present accomplishments and issues to the field sales team and the Sales Leadership team
  • Ensure that DM, AM, and TSM adhere to corporate performance standards and reporting mandates, including monthly/annual reporting, meeting sales and budget goals, compliance, accuracy/completion of member application paperwork
  • Assist in coaching District Managers and Account Managers, as well as identifying poor-performing employees and recommending corrective actions
  • Review and approve team expenditures under company policy and limits

Education/Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales management
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data using knowledge of business principles
  • Experience with MS Office, and specifically Excel Spreadsheets
  • Strong presentation (using excel and PowerPoint) and communication skills
  • Ability to translate data into presentations
  • Critical thinking skills & problem-solving ability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
