Responsibilities(Including but not limited to):
StrategicBusiness Partnership:
•Provide relevantbusiness HR support on a wide range of topics including organization design,workforce planning, talent management & development, employee engagementand retention.
•Collaborate closely with senior leadership tounderstand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizationalobjectives.
•Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providingguidance on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations.
•Create a goodbalance between defining strategy and execution.
TalentManagement:
•Oversee the full life cycle of talentmanagement, from recruitment and onboarding to implementing performancemanagement and succession planning as per agreed processes.
•Drive initiatives to attract, develop, andretain top-tier talent in alignment with Tyfone's growth strategy.
EmployeeEngagement and Culture:
•Promote and reinforce Tyfone's values andculture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
•Develop and implement employee engagementprograms and initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
•Lead the change management strategy in theregion with support from HR leadership to implement HR programs andinitiatives, as well as support integration of acquired businesses.
Collaborationand Communication:
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Indiaand the US region to address organizational challenges, diagnose and resolveoperational issues and drive continuous improvement.
•Communicate HR initiatives, policies, andchanges effectively to all levels of the organization.
MinimumQualification:
•Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
•8 years if provenexperience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the SaaS or fintechindustry.
•In-depth knowledgeof HR practices, compensation and benefits, employment laws, and industrytrends.
•Strong interpersonaland communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsof the organization.
•Demonstratedexperience in driving talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
•Open to working inmultiple time zones and experience in supporting global teams.
•Uses aproblem-solving approach which balances application of policy and judgement
