Twenty Four Seven Hotels is Hiring an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK Near Newport, CA
Job Duties
- Input and post all hotels’ invoices into accounting system. Ensure and cross-check general ledger coding by the Hotel General Managers.
- Monitor vendor statement reconciliations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments on projects and serve as a point of contact for projects in progress
- Assist in responses to data requests from Controllers to research vendor accounts, print financial reports and other ad-hoc assignments.
- Establish new accounts for new/transitioning properties into the portfolio
- 1-2 years of General Accounting and/or Accounts Payable experience
- Organization Skills, Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
- Intermediate skill level in Excel
- Mathematical proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationship with internal customers in the field and at the Corporate Office
