WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts payable, in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data.
- Invoice review and approval.
- Research and resolve any issues with disputed balances or accounts by vendor.
- Review employee's reimbursement and vendor payment to make sure compliance with company policy and state laws/regulations.
- Prepare monthly payable report and special projects, as assigned.
WHAT ARE YOUR X FACTORS
- 2 years of Xperience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
- Proven Xperience to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Xceptional data entry skills along with a knack for numbers and attention to detail.
- Hands-on Xperience in accounting software, preferably Netsuite and SAP.
- Basic knowledge and Xperience of basic accounting principles.
