This individual will be responsible for administering the Accounts Payable function of our rapidly growing company. Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

Process invoices from receipt to payment, while complying with all internal procedures and standards.
Own the purchase order and payment approval process including training and follow-up with approvers.
Review all procure-to-pay documents and purchase orders.
Obtain vendor setup documents, including Evolus vendor set up form, W-9s and W-8s.
Vendor management and inquiries.
Properly code invoices to correct GL accounts and work with internal departments to verify accuracy of invoices.
Perform 3-way matching for inventory related invoices.
Preparation of weekly AP Payment report and circulate for approval.
Actively participate in monthly accrual meetings and accumulate accruals for month-end posting.
Manage corporate credit card accounts and reconciliations.
Reconcile accounts payable, credit card, and payroll accounts on a monthly basis
Prepare financial reports relating to accounts payable on a weekly basis.
Perform month-end and quarter-end close responsibilities and reconciliations relating to AP and expense accruals.
Gather and provide schedules to external auditors timely for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Prepare 1099 tax forms at year-end for vendors.
Provide top-level customer service to operation leaders.
Perform SOX control procedures in areas of responsibility.
Prepare support for quarterly/annual external financial statement audit.
Support Accounting team with additional tasks as needed.
Act as a backup to support the Payroll team with payroll related activities as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:

6 years of relevant experience related to Accounts Payable with a solid understanding of accounts payable principles, practices, and procedures.
Able to think critically and bring up issues to management.
Strong communication, collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with NetSuite and Concur a plus.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree a plus.

This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Accounting
Hybrid work schedule – M/F Remote, T/W/Th in Office

Compensation & Total Rewards:

This is a non-exempt position. The expected hourly range for this position is $33.42 to $43.45. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications and more.
