We are searching for a dynamic, experienced, and energetic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our award-winning Sales & Marketing Department!If you are a sales & marketing rockstar, who harnesses creativity and passion to deliver top results, this job is for you! This role will leverage modern sales & marketing tactics to place and maintain Tutera as the market-leading senior living provider in the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Tutera, we are in a period of growth! This role will be responsible for the Sales & Marketing efforts for a New Construction Senior Living Community in the Chesterfield, MO area.

You Are the Rockstar We are Hunting For If You Have

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the senior living field
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising and media, social media, and event planning
• Demonstrated success in sales closing with a consistent record of high occupancy results
• Self-motivation to be a rockstar and produce top results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
