- Maximize revenue and adhere to event profit guidelines for all assigned business.
- Meet client needs and responding to client concerns, questions, and problems.
- Follow up with clients through final billing, thank you letters, post-event service evaluations.
- Ensure all group booking and events contracts are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Complete weekly group resumes for groups and events at the hotel.
- Informs all departments of groups and events needs are communicated throughout all hotel departments.
- Minimum of a High School diploma.
- Prior, hospitality or event planning experience is a plus.
- Technical aptitude and proficiency in computer software and programs.
