Responsibilities
The Director of Dining Services is responsible for planning, directing, controlling, and supervising functions and personnel within the dietary department. Our Director of Dining Services are also responsible for safely and efficiently providing nutritionally appropriate food to residents for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing their overall health. Director of Dining Services ensure the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
