RCP Responsibilities 

As a RCP, you will play a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience by providing individualized and compassionate care. Resident Care Partner  are responsible for delivering and assisting resident with daily needs, including personal care needs, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. RCPs provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor. 

RCP Requirements 

  • Prior experience as a Resident Care Partner  in a Assisted Living preferred but not required. 

  • Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).
