**You Are:**

**The Work:**

Plans, coordinates, and leads the execution of all logistical elements for on-campus recruiting efforts at your assigned school (s) (i.e., information sessions, career fairs) and interviewing efforts (i.e., establishes interviewing dates, solicits and schedules interviewers, prepares interviewing materials)

Serves as primary information resource for recruits throughout the interviewing process -- communicates status, answers questions, extends offers, schedules start dates, coordinates all follow-up efforts

Develop and execute meaningful events on campus, spend extended periods of time on campus

Work closely with Campus team to execute strategic campus initiatives?

Execute full life-cycle campus and entry level recruiting?through the year

Meet set hiring goals focused on attracting recent graduates and potential interns

Build relationships and serves as the point-of-contact for AFS campus volunteers, career center personnel, university faculty, and student organizations

Owns specific aspects of onsite summer analyst program, including candidate management, supervisor communication, and event planning/execution

Reviews resumes to assess against entry-level profile; makes next step decisions with the Campus Champions

Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers and/or directly to candidates

Use Accenture recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with data protection legislation.??

1 year of recruiting, event planning or sales experience

Ability to travel to Campus as needed (heavily in the Fall, lightly throughout the year)

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of **California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia** . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
