As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in helping us build our growing team at Nuvitek. The Technical Recruiter will bring a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring technical talent in a fast-paced environment.

In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Nuvitek's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical resource needs by sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, and managing candidates through the interview process
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review
• Communicate with candidates to keep them informed of their application status 
• Coordinate and schedule video interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate records in accordance with Affirmative Action Plan requirements
• Expand candidate pool by leveraging network and using passive recruitment strategies to develop a pipeline
• Bring innovative and out-of-the-box thinking to solve challenges
• Work with HR and Operations to ensure successful candidate onboarding

Required Qualifications, Work Experience, and Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 2 years of professional experience recruiting for technology roles in a growth environment
• Knowledge of federal contract requirements and clearance process is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and writing skills, including the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels 
• Excellent follow-up skills to ensure timely communication and updates with all parties
• Experience in handling multiple tasks, changing priorities, and competing timelines
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven success in a remote environment with a sense of ownership and accountability
