CRDF Global is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Specialist will conduct talent acquisition for regular full/part-time positions and assist our Business Development team on new business and proposal activities. The ideal candidate will excel at working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, be solution-oriented, and thrive in a team environment where collaboration is key.

Major Responsibilities:

• Recruit talent for full/part-time positions and support proposal recruitment which includes full lifecycle recruiting, implementing recruiting strategy/staffing plans, drafting external job postings, sourcing, and screening candidates, conducting interviews, presenting total employment package, and negotiating employment offers
• Implement strategies to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates; build networks to find qualified passive candidates
• Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers and Business Development staff to understand staffing needs, priorities, and constraints
• Meets established metrics for filling vacancies and assists with data compilation and reporting
• Assist with Talent Management/Human Resources projects

Qualifications:

• 5 years’ recruiting experience; experience with business development/proposal recruiting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Solid understanding of sourcing, screening, and recruiting in global markets
• Critical thinker, able to identify issues and opportunities, provide solutions and reach consensus with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally and comfortably with individuals at all levels. Customer service orientation and demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with hiring managers
• Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to recruit and work with people of diverse backgrounds
• Experience using applicant tracking systems; knowledge of Deltek Talent is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• U.S. work authorization is required
