We are seeking to add an experienced, self motivated Administrative Assistance for our Elizabeth, NJ Location.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
- Maintain Office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
- Utilize towing knowledge to coordinate towing services efficiently.
- Provide towing-related assistance to colleagues as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Be willing to assist with various office and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity with towing operations and terminology preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Able to work under pressure on a fast pace environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detailed oriented
- Excellent organizational skills.
