Tubi Inc. seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst (Senior Analyst, Growth Marketing) to work collaboratively on data frameworks and approaches and make sense of vast amounts of data. Create and monitor business intelligence tools, run ad hoc queries using statistical software, build data models, and help manage the reporting and analytics framework. Collaborate with other analysts, data scientists, and growth marketers to make recommendations that impact millions of dollars in spending. Specific duties include: 1) Partner closely with growth marketing stakeholders to identify impactful business problems, translate them into structured business intelligence, and effectively communicate the results. 2) Develop quantitative analyses, ad hoc reports, and statistical models to support marketing decisions related to KPIs, LTV, engagement and retention, and ROI. 3) Build and maintain BI tools to make informed decisions quickly while empowering others cross functionally to have information readily accessible. 4) Partner with data science to develop frameworks for forecasting, exploring trends, and spotting anomalies. 5) Design experiments to A/B test the validity of various hypotheses. Telecommuting is permitted up to 50%/week within normal commuting distance of Tubi, Inc. office in San Francisco, CA.
Requires a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field, plus two (2) years of data analysis or related experience in analyzing large datasets including experience in data cleaning; data preparation; and working with data engineering and product teams.
Experience must include one (1) year of experience in experiment design, A/B test to promote marketing efficiency and product feature design.
*Specific skills: Also requires experience or knowledge in the following: 1) Knowledge of KPIs, LTV (Lifetime Value), engagement and retention and ROI (Return on Investment); 2) Experience in BI tools such as Periscope or Tableau; 3) Knowledge of SQL, Python and R; 4) Knowledge of digital marketing, product analysis and user behavior analysis; 5) Experience in quantitative analysis, cohort analysis and time series analysis; 6) Experience in predictive modeling, data sampling and clustering analysis; and 7) Experience in querying big data frameworks

Telecommuting is permitted up to 50%/week within normal commuting distance of Tubi, Inc. office in San Francisco, CA.
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $164,800 - $181,280 per year. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k)plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
