Responsibilities include:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, such as CRM systems, surveys, and market research.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify trends and patterns in data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet them.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in a similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to proofread and edit reports and dashboards.
