As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will be responsible for providing systems analysis support for technology-enabled solutions serving internal business units and work closely with business leaders and users, subject matter experts, project managers and IT professionals. You will elicit requirements and provide clear, concise documentation, analyze systems, analyze data, troubleshoot and provide root cause analysis, and contribute to systems-related business process design and improvement.
Please note that while SFHP supports a hybrid work environment, this role will be required to be onsite and in-office a minimum of 4 days per month.
