Scope
- Reporting to the Program Manager, the Customer Service Representative will promote and maintain positive customer relations by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage customer accounts by developing and facilitating productive and effective business relationships for TTM
- As an integral member of Program Team, this teammate is responsible for the successful delivery of the quoting and purchase order entry/modification process, RMA processing, and overall maintenance/updates to TTM’s ERP system regarding customer activity
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the achievement of customer satisfaction by providing high quality and timely service to all internal and external customers
- Analyze and understand customer requirements and take prompt, appropriate action that exceeds expectations
- Work to develop customer relationships through collaboration, respect, professionalism, trust and integrity
- Respond to customer inquiries on pricing/availability, product information, order receipt, ship status, returns and samples
- Work cross-departmentally with TTM Production Control and other areas to obtain accurate and timely information for customers and resolve problems where necessary
- Maintain updates in ERP related to purchase orders, RMAs, etc.
- Recommend quality improvements to policies and procedures
- Comply with and support all department and corporate policies and procedures, included but not limited to safety, security, ESD and OSHA guidelines

Essential Knowledge and Skills
- Customer service mindset required
- Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks through effective time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Must have strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use company and customer systems
- Proficient computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook. Knowledge of AS400 and/or Oracle a plus
- Professionalism, flexibility, resilience, and a solutions-oriented attitude
- Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Driven to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position
- Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident
Education and Experience
Education:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Related equivalent experience will be considered
Required Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in customer-facing role
Preferred Experience:
- 3 years’ experience working within a manufacturing environment

Teammates in this role start at: $21.00, rates may be higher depending on experience
Export/ITAR Statement:
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
