Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Architectural Business Development professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining client relationships, and
promoting our services to potential clients.
Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop proposals and presentations for potential projects.
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote our services and expand our network.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to identify new business
  opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the architectural or construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Bilingual required (English and Spanish)
• Must have a book of business in the hospitality industry
