We are currently seeking a professional candidate to provide support to our clients and our Retirement Plan Services Team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PARTICIPANT SERVICES ASSISTANT:

As a Participant Services Assistant you arrive each day ready to maintain and improve the relationship between our company and our clients. Through addressing internal and external client questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner, you are a key component to the team. You serve as a liaison to our clients and handle inquiries within established guidelines.

In addition, as a Participant Services Assistant you will utilize your organizational & clerical skills and attention to detail to assist in the production, preparation and tracking of client correspondences and information such as:

• Primary department contact for participant communication
• Contact Retirement Plan Services clients regarding plan information and documentation
• Accurately transcribe correspondence and written reports for delivery to clients
• Prepare special mailings
• Entering distribution requests and related fee information

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PARTICIPANT SERVICES ASSISTANT:

• 2 year degree Associates Degree or 2 years relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
• Passion for providing superb customer service
