ABR Employment Services is Hiring a Client Services Near La Crosse, WI
Wage: 15/hour
Schedule: M-F 8a.m.-5p.m. (Two days office is open until 7p.m.)Responsibilities And Duties
- Respond to incoming client calls and emails
- Manage and review specific work queues daily
- Work with clients to resolve consumer account questions and provide updated information to client on collection activities
- Assist clients with collaboration center to reset logins and passwords
- Send reports to clients
- Educate clients of policies and procedures of collections
- Comply with the FDCPA and HIPAA regulations at all times
- The requirements of this job are subject to change with or without prior notice
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Previous in office customer service experience
- Type 40 wpm
- Intermediate proficiency level of MS Office
- Willing and able to learn and adapt to new tasks/procedures.
