Job overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team to support the President/Owner of a Life Insurance Brokerage Agency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, be able to multitask effectively, exercise good judgement in setting priorities and responding with a sense of urgency, where appropriate. The Executive Assistant will perform a wide variety of functions independently and use discretion with advisor/client information that is deemed confidential. The Assistant will have a positive attitude and friendly demeanor in person and on the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and responding to emails and managing correspondence.
-Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate meeting planning, conference calls, webinars, etc. with advisors, carrier representative as well as with the TFS team.
-Provide sales support and operational support to key relationships.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate with have financial administrative support experience. One to three years experience and understanding of the Life Insurance business and/or Financial Services industry is a plus while not required.

Pay: $45,124.89 - $54,343.95 per year
