Requirements:

· Life Insurance sales support experience – 1 to 2 years – a plus, but not required.

· Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

· Self-motivated

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Knowledge of life products, pre-sales and illustrations – a plus, but we will train you!

· Must be organized, detail-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.

· Strong interpersonal skills, including effective oral and written communication.

· A desire for growth, with a positive, proactive approach and a passion for delivering quality service.

· Adept business and financial acumen
