Responsibilities for Field Sales Development Representative

• Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
• Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads
• Supporting the Regional Account Manager on the Retailer Strategy
• Conduct product training conferences and develop an understanding of our communication infrastructure
• Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the stakeholders
• Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
• Work within the parameters of Company policies and procedures
• Lead follow-ups with customers and document/record wins

Qualifications for Sales Development Representative

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ideal candidate will have a valid credit card for travel expenses
• Must be available to spend 8-10 overnight stays per month
• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience
• Experience working with building materials is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
• Has experience using Salesforce or other CRM software’s
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
• Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
• Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (Preferred)
