About the Opportunity:

This role exists to support the HR and Executive teams with accurate data and technological solutions to address current and future challenges and opportunities.

What will you be doing?

  • Data Management and HR System Administration
    • Assure data accuracy and congruency throughout HR technology resources.
    • Audit employee files and records regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Monitor trends over time in HR data and analytics.
    • Create compelling presentations, charts, graphs, and custom reports to communicate HR insights and strategies effectively.
    • Create custom reporting for stakeholders on the Executive, HR, Finance and Operations leadership teams.
    • Administrate HR systems and applications.
  • Problem Solving and Resolution
    • Create tickets to address technical issues related to HR systems and applications.
    • Track and follow issues to resolution, communicating updates to stakeholders as needed.
    • Learn capabilities and limitations of the HR technology resources to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Process Improvement
    • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and procedures, leveraging capabilities of the HR technology resources.
    • Identify areas for automation within HR workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Hold periodic meetings with business stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities leveraging HR data.
  • Project Management
    • Monitor HR projects and programs and report progress and utilization.
    • Own the comprehensive schedule and communication of re-occurring HR routines/responsibilities.

What education or experience is required?

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Two (2) years’ experience administrating HRIS, specifically custom reporting
  • Medium-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Programs, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerAutomate
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal education.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems or related field
  • aPHR, PHR or SPHR certification
  • Experience with Motivosity, ClearCompany, ADP, various HRIS
