The Marketing Experience Manager is essential in bolstering our gym's marketing initiatives, focusing on growing and retaining membership. Collaborating closely with both the marketing department and sales teams, the manager plays a pivotal role in executing national and local campaigns, significantly contributing to operational support enhancement.
Key responsibilities include managing the member review and response systems, as well as overseeing the 'WeCare' email communications, a crucial tool for fostering member engagement and satisfaction. These strategies are integral to improving operational efficiency, enhancing brand image, and nurturing strong member relationships. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field combined with a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience is required for this position.

Work Location
The Marketing Manager position is required to check into the Corporate Office daily or to a pre-assigned club location. This position will have occasional daily/overnight travel to local/regional gyms. The ideal candidate will be based in San Antonio, TX.
