What You’ll Do:

• Greet every customer and create a memorable experience!
• Educate our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Memberships
• Engage with customers throughout the wash process to ensure 100% satisfaction
• Perform quality checks to ensure a superior wash for our guests
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Ensure our site is clean and tidy from corner to corner!
• Address any and all customer concerns in a professional manner
• Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Learn wash process and equipment
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Education/Skill Requirements:

• High school diploma or an equivalent certificate, or currently enrolled
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekend

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 25lbs
• A positive attitude, sense of urgency, and a smile!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.50 - $13.00 per hour
