About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to update Engineered Construction Drawings to as-built conditions for submission to clients. The ideal candidate must be experienced in reading construction drawings, interpreting redlines made by field construction personnel, and updating the Construction drawings based on redlines from field construction personnel. The candidate’s overall objective is to ensure that every as-built submitted to the client is accurate and representative of the as-built field conditions. All as-builts must be completed on time and meet and/or exceed customer expectations.

• Review Construction Drawings to establish an understanding of the work illustrated within.
• Determine the time required to complete drawing updates based on the initial review of redlines from field personnel.
• Provide status updates for each as-builts, including when they will be delivered to the client.
• Develop, update & maintain project execution plan/schedule/budget; provide status reports to project leaders & personnel.
• Collaborate with construction field personnel to verify any field conditions that are unclear based on the redlines.
• Provide constructive feedback to field personnel when redlines do not consistently provide enough information to complete as-builts.
• Receive feedback from the client and use it to improve client's drafting work products and to increase client satisfaction.
• Work at the client’s office to collaborate with the client’s employees.
• Travel to job sites in the Greater Philadelphia area may be required

• 1 years of proven experience in Drafting
• Experienced in Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Pro, or another equivalent PDF Editor
• Outstanding problem-solving, judgment, & decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Detail-oriented, team player with excellent follow-up skills
• Superior interpersonal & written/verbal communication skills

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CAD Software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
