True North is seeking a Program Manager to join our team. True North is a licensed residential treatment center and outdoor experiential therapy program located in the beautiful Green Mountains of Central Vermont, an hour South of Burlington, Vermont. True North is a small, independently owned program, providing personalized therapeutic interventions and transition support for 14-17 year old adolescents and 18-25 year old young adults with an emphasis on assessment and family participation. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a nationally recognized therapeutic wilderness program, be part of a dynamic, supportive team and live and work in a fantastic community.
The ideal candidate is an adaptable team player, with a positive attitude and leadership skills who is willing to work both indoors and outdoors. The Program Manager will be working closely with all departments at True North to help facilitate daily programming for the students, coordinate and execute schedules, supervise and train guides (direct care staff), and support the therapeutic goals for students. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and previous wilderness therapy or residential treatment experience.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.
