True North Evolution seeks a full time Office and Medication Administrator in our Waitsfield office. Office and Medication Administrators are central to the success of our program by coordinating the management and dispensation of medications for all students at True North and by providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to internal and external clients. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving, a high level of organization and attention to detail, and a comfort level with medical information. The successful candidate will be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Drive and Gmail, and in data entry. Tasks include packing medications and maintaining an adequate supply of medications on-hand, answering the phone, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, drafting insurance write-ups and participation in student enrollment and discharge. We offer a competitive salary and benefits including medical insurance, dental, vision and accident insurance, a retirement savings plan, an employee assistance program, paid time off and Wellness Fund and student loan repayment reimbursement.
