Lead opening and closing meetings daily, as well as support transitions, developing and promoting the climate and culture of the program. Responsible for overseeing administrative tasks such as the check-in of students at the start of the day, meal counts, following up on and entering attendance data and overseeing dismissal plans. Work with the nurse to ensure coverage of phones and address family questions and communication. Compile a weekly slide show and brief newsletter to share with families. Program leader may also need to step in as a substitute if other staff are absent. Address any behavior issues as they arise, in consultation with the on-duty administrator. Liaison with on-duty administrator. 

7.75 hours/day to include a minimum of 45 minutes of preparation daily and 30 minutes of paid lunch. Additional 2 hours of preparation before the program begins for initial planning.
