Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional hospitality services. Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and requests
- Monitor occupancy levels and make appropriate adjustments to maximize room availability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Stay updated on hotel policies, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
Qualifications:
*High school diploma or equivalent
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in hospitality front desk-(Hilton experience a plus)
*Flexible schedule(evening, weekend, and holiday availability are required)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to perform all job responsibilities including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
