LHH is Hiring a Front Desk Administrative Assistant Near Charlotte, NC

LHH is seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire position in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate has 2 years of administrative experience and can work well in a fast-paced environment! This position is fully onsite Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet and assist visitors upon their arrival at the office.
  • Direct visitors to appropriate personnel and offices.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, screen, and redirect them as necessary. Maintain the general email inbox.
  • Ensure reception, showroom, and training areas are orderly and well-presented, stocked with essential stationery, and periodically tidied up, with special attention to spot cleaning in the showroom.
  • Provide accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Perform various clerical duties including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Manage paperwork such as bills, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Retrieve mail daily.
  • Log calls and inquiries using Salesforce.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Experience with Outlook or calendar scheduling.
  • Adherence to business casual attire standards.
  • Willingness to contribute as a team player.
  • Eagerness to engage in assigned tasks promptly.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
