Job Summary:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring their stay is memorable and comfortable.

Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications to guest bookings
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Operate the hotel phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (multilingual or bilingual)
- Strong guest service orientation with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of phone systems and basic office equipment
