Your specific responsibilities as a part of Sales Team at Trove Brands will include:Creating, maintaining, and entering detailed information into databasesManaging and creating spreadsheets in Excel as well as drafting PowerPoint presentations.Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office, required experience with HubSpot is a plus.Inputting and processing new items and new vendor paperwork.Creating agendas, presentations, and other documents for company executives.Answering customer phone calls and processing customers' orders.Conduct research, compile reports, and present data to a variety of audiences.General day-to-day sales and administrative support.Frequent, clear communication with customers to give updates, address concerns, and answer questions.Scheduling appointments and managing Outlook calendars.QualificationsWe seek team members who are adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, highly motivated, creative thinking, and deadline-driven.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines.Superior organization, self-motivation, and self-management skills, and strong analytical skills.Demonstrated experience in a role requiring organizational skillsProfessional demeanor and appearance are a must.Friendly, positive, and upbeat personality.Keen attention to detail, sound judgment, commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy, resourceful and creative.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of software packages and technology in general.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs, technologies, or processes quickly.Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's Degree and prior Administrative/Executive Assistance experience preferred.Additional InformationOur culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
