Job Summary
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the service department.
*Please Note: Motorcycle Endorsement needed!
Duties/Qualifications Include:
Review the work-in-progress to ensure that quality and timeliness standards are met.
Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed.
Ensure the service department contributes and exceeds gross net profit goals.
Maximize productivity levels of service technicians and make sure the team is well-trained and available when needed.
Work with customers to give estimates/quotes and explain the services being performed.
Stay up to date on new products, features, and accessories and attend product training as required.
Maintain a high CXI rating by providing stellar customer service.
Explain the service being performed and keep the customer informed and updated throughout the service process.
- Maintain a service customer follow-up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness.
- Hire and supervise all service department personnel, and monitor their performance in servicing customers.
- Experience as a service manager is preferred, but not required.
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- High school diploma or higher education
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Driven personality, eager to improve, and able to work within and support internal teams
