AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
- Day: 9:00a - 5:30p (Mon - Fri)
- Afternoon: 3:30p - 11:00p (Sun - Thurs)
JOB DUTIES:
- Answer inbound calls while providing the highest level of Customer Service.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact to our customers looking for assistance with questions, ordering, or issue resolution
- Utilize various design programs, including Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop, to review stunning visuals and support our creative endeavors.
- Document conversations with the customer for ticket resolution
- Act as a subject matter expert on product offerings
- Create, develop, and maintain relationships with the customer
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listener
- Capable of typing 40 WPM with accuracy
- Able to multitask while having a strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Solid time management
