Trilogy Health Services is Hiring a Program Director of Marketing Near Louisville, KY

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Trilogy Health Services is looking for an to join its Home Office team. This role is a flexible, hybrid position and reports to Vice President of Integrated Marketing.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A Program Director of Marketing is responsible for taking charge of the management of creative projects, as well as delegating tasks and reporting on the progress of the team. Overseeing complex and high-end campaigns, requiring skill and effort, while monitoring and working with a sharp eye for detail, the marketing team and stakeholder will rely on this position to plan and execute clear strategies and timelines. Driving processes end-to-end, this role involves encouraging the team to simplify processes in order and be more productive. Confident in decision making, the senior producer project manager is always ready to face new challenges while striving for perfection. The Executive Producer will be successful when brand campaigns are timely and relevant across all departments and campuses of Trilogy Health Services. Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage day-to-day production of all creative elements end-to-end, in direct collaboration with the AVP, Creative Direction and VP, Integrated Marketing
  • Direct client communication to assure team can focus on the deliverables and ensure communication is organized and responsive.
  • Drive internal team and client to deliver items on time and on budget.
  • Respect and understand the creative process and maintain a holistic view of creative elements.
  • Create and manage timelines and schedules for internal team and client approval and socialization.
  • Manage client reviews and feedback & communicate updates to the team.
  • Track all creative deliverables.
  • Identify and track when a new resource is needed
  • Manage vendors
  • Ensure onsite execution is organized, seamless and planned for
  • Handle onsite changes and updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 7 years of creative project management/producing in an agency setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude with focus on the success of the team over individual accomplishments
  • Experience working in all creative disciplines.
  • A full knowledge of digital production processes
  • An in-depth understanding of both technical and creative processes
  • A proven track record in fast-paced environments
  • Passion for innovation and collaboration
  • The ability to push a team to deliver high-quality work
  • A pro-active approach to new creative opportunities
  • Impressive communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to liaising with clients
  • Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives
  • Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives

Physical Requirements

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
