As a Program Director, you'll hold a pivotal role in ensuring the success and expansion of our individual centers, overseeing managers, and providing strategic guidance to enhance the excellence of our services.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Program Development: Craft clear goals that align with our organizational objectives, overseeing the entire program lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.
• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, streamline operations, and implement evaluation strategies to continuously boost performance and efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise program and project managers, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and top-notch performance.
• Resource Management: Apply effective change, risk, and resource management principles to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Reporting and Compliance: Monitor program operations to ensure legal compliance and internal policy adherence, providing comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in program management or similar leadership roles.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong grasp of project/program management techniques and a strategic mindset to drive organizational goals.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and budgeting, utilizing tools like MS Office and program management software.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in management or a related field required; a Master's degree is a plus.
