About the Role | Trianz is looking for a seasoned Program Manager to join our IT Transformation and Business Operations (TBO) organisation and lead the implementation of a next-generation Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, replacing Apttus (Supplier and Commercial) and Ironclad. This CLM system will drive efficiencies across quote to cash, source to pay, and other critical contracting processes. In 2023, a cross-functional team identified functional and technical requirements, evaluated five suppliers, and selected Agiloft as the preferred supplier through a best value source selection process. In this highly visible role, you will have a great opportunity to make a significant and positive impact, partnering with our Legal and IT Organisations to enable their strategic priorities. The successful candidate will be a dedicated, passionate, and experienced hands-on Project/Program Management professional, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and ready to jump on opportunities to collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality IT projects or products from Initiation to Closure. A self-motivated, self-sufficient individual with demonstrated communication experience presenting work to senior leadership, framing discussions, facilitating collaboration and proven ability to influence others to obtain the expected outcomes.. |
Job Responsibilities | This is a new role being created and will evolve, but initial responsibilities will include: • Project Planning and Execution
• Communication and Stakeholder Management
• Risk Management
• Resource and Budget Management
• Management Reporting ·Project level management reporting, including milestone tracking, forecasts, risks, issues, and overall project RAG status. • Benefits Management ·Ensure Project Business case exists and is maintained throughout the project. ·Escalate risks and issues that may affect the viability of the business case. ·Ensure the project remains aligned to deliver outcomes that will support benefits realization. |
Required Skills | • Project Management qualifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified) etc preferred • Demonstrated experience leading successful large, complex, high-value strategic and departmental IT change initiatives, preferably in large, multi-national organizations. • Expertise in one or more project management Agile methodologies • Demonstrated Finance, Legal Operations and business acumen obtained from previous experience of project and programs • Demonstrated experience delivering Corporate ERP initiatives, Oracle Cloud preferred • Proactive mindset, can adapt easily to a changing environment, excellent in time management • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills, including experience managing statistical and financial data • Strong EQ, leadership, and management skills • Practical and hands-on approach to delivering outcomes • Ability to form and maintaining solid working relationship at all levels of the organization • Great communication and cross-team collaboration skills |
Required Education | A Bachelor or Master's STEM Degree; Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field preferred. |
Required Experience | • A minimum of 10 years of Project/Program Management experience is required. |
