The Role:
Ampere is looking for a talented Mobility Program Manager to join our People and Culture team. As the Mobility Program Manager, you will lead our company in building and strengthening our Immigration and Relocation programs to facilitate the immigration sponsorship of high skilled talent and the mobility of our global workforce. The position provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will have immense opportunity to put your immigration, relocation, project management, and program management knowledge & skills into practice to ensure our company needs are addressed.

Ampere offers a competitive total rewards package that includes base pay, bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The full base pay range for this role is between $94,000 and $156,000, except in the San Francisco Bay Area where the range is between $106,000 and $176,000. We also offer an annual bonus program tied to internal company goals and annual meritocratic equity awards that enable our employees to participate in the success of the company. Our benefits include health, wellness, and financial programs that support employees through every stage of life, with full benefits eligibility at 20 hours per week.
