Develop, implement, and manage people programs and initiatives in alignment with the department's goals and objectives Serve as the primary point of contact for global immigration and benefits related matters, providing expert guidance to employees, cross-functional teams, and leadership Lead the end-to-end project management of people programs, such as immigration, benefits, and compliance, ensuring timely execution, positive employee experience, and successful delivery Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate responses to audit requests Collaborate with external immigration attorneys and consultants to manage visa applications, work permits, and other immigration processes Lead the annual benefits renewal process, including evaluating plan design changes and conducting competitive market analysis Monitor and report on key program metrics and new local laws and regulations related to immigration and benefits, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Provide analytical support to interpret HR data to identify trends, program needs, and insights to design effective program solutions Manage program annual budgets and relationships with external vendors to facilitate smooth processes Partner with stakeholders to develop communication plans and strategies to promote program awareness and participation Maintain effective program documentation, including policies, procedures, and program guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with local laws and regulations 5 years of people operations experience in a fast-paced environment Proven experience in managing immigration programs, preferably in a global organization Solid program management skills with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive program improvements Extensive knowledge of HR procedures, policies, and processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Prior experience with HR software and proficiency in MS Office suite is highly preferred Prior experience with benefits management and compliance is highly preferred
