Why you can expect in this role:
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone call to introduce the company and our products and services.
  • Provide information about company products and services and answer basic inquiries to generate interest.
  • Conduct thorough qualification of leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of leads and customer information.
  • Schedule appointments for the dales team with qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with both customers and sales representatives to find suitable meeting times.
  • Ensure all appointments are accurately documented and communicated to relevant parties.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and information flow.
  • Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads that are not immediately ready for appointments.
  • Generate regular reports on lead status, appointment scheduling, and conversion rates.
  • Provide appropriate feedback to the sales team based on customer interactions and feedback.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
