Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes. Duties:
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, making payments, and reconciling statements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
