Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. The Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, grade, and landscape earth or other materials.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain excavators to perform tasks such as digging, trenching, loading, and backfilling
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with ground crew for efficient project completion
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with excavators
- Proficiency in operating various construction equipment including bulldozers, graders, and tankers
- Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Ability to dig, pave, and build as required

Pay: $19.00 - $24.66 per hour

Experience:

• Heavy equipment operation: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CDL A (Preferred)
