TRC Construction Services, Inc. is a true design/build, construction management, and general contracting firm headquartered in Brentwood, TN.

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to help us tailor our services to meet client needs, and provide a quality product on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Processing invoices and payments within the construction division. 
• Preparing and reviewing month-end financial package, and invoice data entry.
• Responsible for processing weekly payroll, including filing and paying payroll taxes
• Responsible for preparing company financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting reports, accounts payable, budgeting, tax compliance and financial analysis. 
• Accounting service for small affiliated entities

Requirements

• B.S. in Accounting 
• Minimum 6 years of full-scope accounting within a Construction, Architecture or Engineering firm
• Must be proficient in Sage 300 Accounting Software
• The position reports directly to the President & COO, is highly visible, and interacts with all levels of the organization. Critical to this role is a person’s ability to anticipate the needs of multiple stakeholders and prepare, communicate, and execute tasks on time, with professionalism and accuracy, across the entire organization, including with our customers.
