BDC Representative - Travers Automotive & RV Group

In business since 1995, Travers Automotive & RV Group is one of the largest networks of independent pre-owned auto & RV dealerships in the Midwest. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Business Development Center (BDC) team.

Job Description:

BDC Representatives play a pivotal role in our sales process, responsible for setting sales appointments and maintaining long-term relationships with prospective customers, as well as help with marketing efforts by accurately obtaining and logging customer sources and data correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals and objectives
  • Conduct 80-120 outbound calls daily to engage potential customers
  • Answer incoming store sales calls
  • Using the work plan and CRM to recapture lost business
  • Respond to and initiate 50-100 emails per day to nurture leads
  • Schedule appointments daily to drive sales opportunities
  • Communicate with store managers daily to optimize performance
