Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their educational journey. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and participation
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on student progress and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Incorporate play-based learning into daily activities to enhance student engagement and creativity
- Promote positive behavior management techniques to ensure a respectful and supportive classroom environment

Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage classroom activities and materials
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children on their level
- Experience in tutoring or early intervention programs is a plus
- Familiarity with child welfare regulations and guidelines for daycare facilities
