We are currently seeking a Floater to join our team. As a Floater, you will have the opportunity to work in various classrooms and assist with a range of responsibilities. ```Responsibilities:```
- Assist teachers with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Provide support in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Supervise and engage with students during playtime and outdoor activities
- Assist with mealtime routines, including serving meals and snacks
- Support students with special needs or those requiring early intervention
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and resources

```Skills:```
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of lesson planning and implementation
- Familiarity with preschool curriculum and childhood development principles
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work well in a team
- Understanding of child welfare practices and procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children on an individual level

Pay: $16.84 - $20.28 per hour
