Summary: The Experience Strategy team forms an integral part of Growth Strategy & Analytics. We are passionate about commerce experiences and ardent students of humans, culture, and commerce. Core Accountabilities:
Independently lead the development of world-class experience briefs and other strategic initiatives to enhance the customer/employee experience for our clients
Define 1-3 year strategic roadmaps for clients in close collaboration with your manager, D&A, Retail design and other discipline leads
Provide discipline thought leadership through primary and secondary research that will empower our discipline to be successful today and set up for what is next
Build/lead a team of Experience Strategists
Requirements:
Degree in behavioral economics, sociology, anthropology, communications or a related field or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of experience in experience strategy (CX and/or UX), Business Analysis, with a focus on owned retail. CPG experience is a plus.
Comfortable teaching and using human-centered design methodologies
Understanding of retail and brand ecosystems to identify growth opportunities
Workshop design and facilitation
Preferred:
